Lm500h Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the lm500h platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lm500h. Holding multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address and valid contact details.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account information current. All official communications from lm500h will be sent to your registered email address.
Password & Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. lm500h recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and changing it regularly. Do not share your password with anyone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the lm500h support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to the report being made.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the lm500h platform, you agree to fully comply with all of the following rules:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion or match manipulation
- Using the platform for money laundering activities
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through illegitimate means
- Ensure that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online gambling
- Be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
- Notify the platform promptly if you notice any suspicious transactions

Lm500h reserves the right to take appropriate action, including immediate suspension or closure of an account, against any user who violates the above rules. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on lm500h are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets and other payment options listed in the payment section of your account.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are set by the platform and are subject to change. Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account once transaction verification is complete. lm500h is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment provider or financial institution.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process, which may include a request for supporting documents. Funds will be transferred to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable limits. Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days, depending on the chosen method and internal verification procedures.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payment or credit, lm500h reserves the right to correct the error and debit or credit the user's account accordingly.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lm500h platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of lm500h or its respective licensors and is protected under copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.

6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Lm500h reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or if the platform decides to cease operations in a particular jurisdiction.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to deductions for any bonus amounts that do not meet wagering requirements.
Terms Amendment
Lm500h reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the lm500h platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
